From the very beginning…
Twilight Zone
Ian is sleeping. Not only is he sleeping, but when we put him in the crib, he didn’t make a sound. He’s making the occasional whimper, but that’s about it. I’m still waiting for the other shoe to drop, especially after last night. Keep your fingers crossed that tonight is a lot better than last night.
And he fed twice within 2 hours! For 20 minutes!
Trust me, it WILL get better! And yes, I’m looking forward to helping you out next week. Even if it means that I don’t get some sleep and you do. :-)
UPDATE:
He slept through the night! We still had to get up with him a couple of times (he went through 3 diapers and 3 feedings), but when we put him down, out he went. We were able to get an hour or two of sleep between each wake up. He’s been sleeping for just over 2 hours right now! So has daddy and I was able to get a shower in this morning. So much better than the first night.
